Certified Cost Professional (CCP)
This course prepares candidates for AACE’s CCP certification and develops competency to assist in corporate investment decision making, apply statistics and probability for bidding, planning, scheduling & estimating, implement the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) for cost control and analyze the productivity & performance. In addition to various aspects of cost engineering, this course also includes the wider integration of project controls incorporating cost estimating, planning & scheduling, cost control, and risk management. AACE’s CCP certification distinguishes candidates as a professional that has the skills and knowledge that is benchmarked with international cost engineering practices. A CCP is an experienced practitioner with advanced knowledge and technical expertise to apply the broad principles and best practices of Total Cost Management (TCM) in the planning, execution and management of any organizational project or program. A mock-up exam is included at the end of the pre-recorded online course.
