Overview
To pass the PMP certification exam, you need to have a project management mindset when solving the exam questions. It won't matter how many books you've read or what references you've consulted during preparation. What matters most for your preparation is the quality of the questions and scenario-based problems you've encountered, practiced, and solved while preparing for the PMP exam. Based on this strategy, we've developed our practice tests to help you strengthen your project management mindset, assess your readiness to attend the PMP exam, and spot your weak points for further improvement. The course includes 370 questions without repetition, spread across five practice tests, with a detailed and high-quality explanation with reference to: 1. PMBOK Guide 7th Edition. 2. PMBOK Guide 6th Edition. 3. Agile Practice Guide. 4. 2021 Exam Content Outline The questions in this course cover three domains, according to the 2021 PMP Exam Content Outline, to test your understanding of: 1. The 14 tasks of the “People Domain”. This domain contains 42% of the total exam weight (approximately 75 questions). 2. The 17 tasks of the “Process Domain”. This domain contains 50% of the total exam weight (approximately 90 questions). 3. The 4 tasks of the “Environment Domain”. This domain has 8% of the total exam weight (approximately 15 questions). We are committed to 1. Provide you with high-quality scenario-based questions to help you prepare for the PMP exam. 2. Through detailed explanation, it will help you put on the hat of a project manager and deal with various scenario-based problems with a project management mindset. 3. Test your knowledge of project management and agile principles. Review the ten knowledge areas, five process groups, three domains, and agile principles with reference to the PMI Agile Practice Guide, PMI-PMBOK Guide 7th Edition, PMI-PMBOK Guide 6th Edition, and the 2021 PMP exam content outline. 4. Make educational announcements weekly to help you improve your knowledge. 5. Answer all your questions and concerns through the course Q&A with detailed explanation. How to make the best use of this simulator With the PMP 2021 exam content summary and the recent updates in 2022 (adding the 7th edition of the PMBOK Guide for reference), you may need to study quite a few new topics such as servant leadership, personality indicators, minimum viable product (MVP), agile/hybrid/predictive, training outcome measurement, project delivery, etc. The passing score for this simulator is 75%. But you should know that you should not get discouraged if you get less points. Do not take the score of this simulator as a representation of your actual PMP exam. Instead, take it as an opportunity to understand your knowledge gap and work on your weak areas. I would suggest that if you get a question wrong, check the following: In which domain do I make the most mistakes? Did I answer a question incorrectly because I did not know the concept, the application of the concept, or was it just a careless mistake? Are there any repetitive mistakes that you are making? Was there a way to solve a question faster if it took more than 5 minutes to solve? Is there a common trend of wrong answers? I.e. am I answering more situational type questions wrong? By analyzing the above, go through your wrong answers and read the topic further to understand the wrong and right approach and make notes for your own reference. Note: We provide a detailed explanation for each question. But, in case you need further clarification or have any doubts, please PM us and we will address your queries.
