They then build a working scorecard template, applying the single-page performance-communication design from Module 06 to the specific project scenario. The workshop is deliberately hands-on and output-focused: participants leave not with notes about how contractor assurance works in theory, but with two working templates — an assurance plan and a scorecard — they can adapt and deploy directly within their own organisation's contractor management programme.
