Value Methodology Fundamentals 1B (VMF1B) is an advanced, interactive virtual course led by a certified instructor, designed to deepen and apply Value Methodology (VM) knowledge in practice. The course prepares participants to confidently attempt the VMA (Value Methodology Associate) certification from SAVE International.
This course provides a structured introduction to Value Methodology and its application in solving problems, improving performance, and optimizing resource use. Participants learn the fundamental concepts of function analysis, value definition, and the logic behind evaluating alternatives based on their contribution to required functions.
